As a result, our AI not only increases efficiency in animal husbandry, but also improves animal welfare and thus increases our farmers' yields. With our innovative system, we want to ensure sustainable and future-proof agriculture. As a four-year-old start-up, we have established strong roots in Germany and now want to get started in Poland. Your role:

​

You are our pioneer in Poland and will lay the foundation for our success! You will take on the initial sales, work in a team with our animal experts to analyze poultry behavior, and develop new product ideas. You will listen to farmers' questions and requests, analyze data, and help install the technology and support farmers with our system. You are passionate about helping farmers run their farms successfully and providing them with the necessary advice using our system.

Your qualifications:

​

• Experience with poultry for fattening

• Motivation to analyze poultry data

• You come from a farm, have agricultural training or a degree in agricultural sciences (or equivalent professional experience)

• Independent, self-reliant way of working

• Attention to detail

• Strong communication skills in dealing with and supporting farmers

• You are interested in sales

• Career starters are very welcome!

• Business fluent Polish and English

• Optional: German language skills
